Terms For Evaluation Account Earned By Playing Liquid Game

The first evaluation phase requires achieving an 8% profit target within 30 days without rule breaches. Subsequently, the second phase mandates achieving a 5% profit target within 60 days without rule breaches.

Consented: The Liquid 100 account permits trading of major, minor, exotic pairs, metals, and indices, subject to approval by the risk team. Engaging in strategies aimed at exploiting platform vulnerabilities or system discrepancies is considered bad faith and is prohibited.

Consented: Each evaluation phase requires a minimum of 10 competitive trading days. Days exhibiting non competitive trading behavior beyond the standard deviation set by the risk team will not count towards the evaluation period.Therefore trading abnormally will simply extend the minimum days.

Consented: Strategies or behavior focused on gaming of the platform or exploitation of discrepancies within the system are regarded as bad faith. Traders must not engage in the strategies involving; Pricing or latency arbitrage, Stacking, Multi account hedging, Martingale. Failure to adhere to this will lead to deactivation of trading account.

Consented: During Evaluation, violations of the rules will result in forfeiture of the account, with minor breaches potentially subject to a discretionary fine of up to 2.5% of the current account balance. Fines are applicable only to positive balances. At real account stage I will only forfeit the account if I breach drawdown limits or demonstrate bad faith in my conformance with the rules.
Consented: The Company reserves the right to terminate services and provision of any real account in cases of trader misconduct or acting with bad faith , with no liability beyond a refund.
